For 75 years, the mission of the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest has been to engage our community to help neighbors in need. Like the historic Old North Bridge, which originally connected Colonial era farms to each other, the Community Chest has been a vital link between community members and critical service providers, creating lasting collective impact and a stronger community for all.

The Bridge to the Future Campaign is about maximizing our donors’ impact by directing more dollars back into our community. Currently, the donations we raise through our Annual Fund finance our operating costs and our grant making. As a result, there is often a gap between grant money available and the needs of our residents. By funding our endowment, this campaign will enable income from our endowment to cover operating expenses and allow every future dollar raised by our Annual Fund to address the most pressing needs in our community.
